Well it appears the holidays have started early as the market was really slow last month in this coastal community.
There were only 5 home sales in November compared with 14 in October, 17 in September, and 11 in August.
The average listing price was $2,683,600 with the average sold price at $2,619,000 which was well down from $3,100,361 in October, $3,408,353 in September and $3,046,364 in August.
That said with only 5 sales the average doesn’t mean quite as much. The homes that sold averaged a fairly lengthy 45 days on market (DOM) and the average price per foot was $1082.
