One of the notable sales recently was for a beach front (ish) condo located at 72 The Strand. This is an unusual building with 4 truly beachfront units and then another 2 units on the rear of the building. This was one of those rear units, but unlike the other, this is also the penthouse unit. The top floor of the condo is on the roof so it still offered some incredible views.
