The latest home to hight the beachfront market in Hermosa is definitely an interesting one.  From the photos it appears relatively normal, but it’s most definitely unusual.  The question will be whether it’s a major fixer or sold for development.  The latter is probably more likely as that’s just generally what happens with homes like this.

The home sits beachfront on a great block so location is definitely fantastic.  The beachfront rooms are both large and open with great windows to bring in the beach views.

The rest is a unusual combination of original areas, updated areas, floors that were simply painted white, an abundance and variety of surfaces, cabinets etc.  Only time will tell what will happen with this very interesting property.
