The most recent beachfront home sale on the Hermosa Beach Strand was an off market sale of the corner lot home at 234 The Strand.
The home was built in 2007 (and very odd) but was undergoing MAJOR construction and was virtually new construction.
The home sold at $14,000,000 and both buyer and seller were represented by Chris Corr of Strand Hill.
The home sat on a highly desirable north Hermosa corner lot and was undergoing a major renovation. The previous iteration had been on the market basically from 2022 to 2024 but struggled with the layout, finishes, etc. The home had always had some unique, and in our opinion, odd details which were all being changed.
