There were 14 closed escrows during the month There were only 18 closed home sales in September compared with only 11 in August.
The average listing price was $2,757,000 with the average sold price at $2,713,357 which was down from $2,990,443 in September and well below the incredible $3,205,682 average in August.
The homes that sold averaged 39 days on market (DOM) which was much shorter than previous months. The average price per foot was $1350.
