2526 Hermosa Ave is big and beautiful…..but we were still surprising to see this one go pending so quick.
The home sits on an oversized lot which has allowed for a spacious interior of almost 5,000 feet with multiple levels offering pretty incredible views. The price is pretty significant at almost $15,000,000. Given that the last 2 major sales on Hermosa Ave……2722 Hermosa Avenue which sold for $11,055,000 in April 2025 (pretty astounding itself at the time) and 3112 Hermosa Avenue which sold for $11,030,000 in 2024 this will be a real litmus test for the non beachfront luxury home market.
