6 homes sell in Hermosa Beach in January

Average home price at $3,245,083 for the month

Not unexpectedly, January home sales were down considerably.  After a huge December with 19 homes closing escrow, January only saw 6 sold homes.

The average listing price was $3,297,333 with the average sold price at $3,245,083 which was very similar to the $3,226,737 in December

The homes that sold averaged a lengthy 101 days on market (DOM) which was due to 3 of the homes finally selling after almost 6 months on the market.  The average price per foot was $1222.

The top sale of the month was $6,375,000 for a brand new construction single family home at 300 Manhattan Avenue, Hermosa Beach.
