• $2,402,500 – Median sale price of the homes that sold
• $3,169,386 – Average list price of the homes that sold
• $2,424,500 – Median list price of the homes that sold
• 99% – Sold price was 99% of list price
• $1,365 – Average price per square foot for the homes that sold
• 50 – Average days on market before going into “pending” status
• 25 – Median days on market before going into “pending” status

The lowest priced sale of the year was a 2 bedroom condo at the Victorian at 2400 Prospect that sold for $680,000 with the highest priced sale of the year was $14,400,000 for a beachfront home at 1932 The Strand.

For comparison there were 168 Hermosa Beach homes that sold in 2024 at an average price of $2,850,580.
