18 homes sell in Hermosa Beach in May

Average home price tops $3,000,000 once again

May 2025 was a great month for the real estate market in Hermosa Beach in every regard.

The number of homes jumped up a bit and prices continued to impress.

May saw 18 homes close escrow compared to 14 in April.

The average listing price was $2,999,694 with the average sold price at $3,019,673 which was a nice bump from $2,983,643 in April although down a bit from $3,167,339 in March.

The homes that sold averaged 39 days on market (DOM) and the average price per foot was $1323 which was a sligh drop from $1367 in April but up from  from $1285 in March.
