November 2024 saw a bit of a slowdown in the number of homes that sold, but prices were anything but slow.
There were 9 closed escrows during the month compared with 14 closed home sales in October.
The average listing price was $3,570,433 with the average sold price at $3,441,667 which was a HUGE increase from $2,713,357 in October. That said it’s not unusual for home prices to jump up and down on a month over month basis in Hermosa.
The homes that sold averaged 60 days on market (DOM) which was fairly long but typical for the Hermosa Beach real estate market in 2024. The average price per foot was $1178.
