March 2024 Real Estate Recap for Hermosa Beach
Average home price at $2,804,089 for the month
Welcome to the March real estate recap for Hermosa Beach. It was a pretty good month for the coastal community with 12 homes closing escrow during the month.
The average “list” price was $2,529,500 with the average sold price at $2,526,708 which was down from $2,804,089 in February and $2,613,500 in January but impressive all the same.
The homes that sold averaged 48 days on market before going into escrow. Median days on market was only 20. The homes that sold average $1,203 per square foot which pretty similar to the earlier months.
The lowest priced sale of the month was, once again, in the Victorian and was a 2 bedroom condo at 2411 Prospect Avenue Unit#201.
The highest priced home sale of the month was our own listing at 3306 Highland Avenue which sold for full price at $5,125,000. Keith Kyle was the listing agent.
