18 homes sell in Hermosa Beach in February

Welcome to the March 2026 real estate report for Hermosa Beach.  The number of homes that sold was up…..prices were down.

What a month it was in terms of the real estate market being busy.  There were 18 homes closing escrow compared with 14 in February and only 5 in January.

Prices dropped quite a bit however.  That’s not unusual to see fluctuations given the relatively small number of homes that sell in Hermosa.

The average listing price in Hermosa Beach was $2,158,667
with the average sold price in March at $2,140,028.  That was a HUGE drop from  $3,321,786 in February. 

The homes that sold averaged a  lengthy 70 days on market (DOM) and the average price per foot was $1,162 compared to $1,627 in February and $1,512 in January.
