October a slower month with 11 homes selling in Hermosa Beach
Great month with average home price at $2,272,091
The Hermosa Beach real estate market slowed down a bit in October with 11 homes closing compared to a very busy September with 20 homes closing escrow.
The average “list” price was $2,329,364 with the average sold price at $2,272,091 which was a pretty dramatic decrease from
$3,046,075 in September and $2,804,691 in August.
The average price per foot was an impressive $1302 and homes averaged 62 days on market before going into escrow. This was longer than most neighboring communities and cities.
The top home sale of the month was a land sale for a walkstreet duplex 1/2 block to the beach that sold at $4,150,000
