The home sold as new construction in 2021 at $5,625,000 and then again in July of 2022 for $6,300,000.  It sold this time around for $7,085,000 (listed at $7,500,000) so not a bad increase for each of it’s brief owners.  It originally sold to the builder at $2.2M back in 2019.

The location of the home offered a quieter and more private version of the beach life as it’s in the tranquil neighborhood east of the dune in the Hermosa Beach sand section. (despite actually being in the valley it’s not in the “valley” section.
