18 homes sell in Hermosa Beach in May
Average home price $2,735,091
June 2025 was a solid, but slower month for the real estate market in Hermosa Beach compared with a very impressive May.
There were 11 closed escrows in June compared with 18 in May and 14 in April.
The average listing price was $2,761,363 with the average sold price at $2,735,091 which was a drop from $3,019,673 in May but up from $2,983,643 in April.
The homes that sold averaged 33 days on market (DOM) and the average price per foot was $1300 which was very similar to prior months.
