14 homes sell in Hermosa Beach in March
Average home price at $3,167,339 for the month
It was another impressive month for home sales in this coastal community.
There was a bi of a drop both in terms of the number of closed home sales and prices but not much.
March saw 14 homes close escrow compared with 16 in February.
The average listing price was $3,137,500 with the average sold price at $3,167,339 which was a drop from $3,450,625 in February but pretty well in line with recent prices.
The homes that sold averaged a very brief 23 days on market (DOM) and the average price per foot was $1285 which wa a bit down from $1335 in February.
The top sale of the month was 2545 Myrtle Avenue which sold for a pretty amazing $8,327,500 after being listed at $7,550,000.
