11 Homes Sell.....but at big numbers
Average home price at $3,205,682 for the month
August was a definite slow down for the real estate market in Hermosa Beach in terms of the number of homes that sold…..but prices were IMPRESSIVE!
There were only 11 closed home sales in Augus compared with 18 in July and 14 in both June and May.
The average “list” price was incredible at $3,235,000 with the average sold price at $3,205,682 which was almost $1,000,000 higher than in July.
The homes that sold averaged only 44 days on market which was fairly quick. The average price per foot was $1381 which was very simlar to both July and June.
