Historically Slow November Sees Only 5 Homes Sold

Average home price at $2,063,500

It was a very slow month for home sales in the small coastal community of Hermosa Beach with only 5 homes selling in November.  Compare that to 11 homes closing in November to a very busy September with 20 homes closing escrow.

The average “list” price was $2,064,600 with the average sold price at $2,063,500.

The average price per foot was an impressive $1081 and homes averaged 47 days on market before going into escrow. This was longer than most neighboring communities and cities but shorter than average DOM in Hermosa the prior month..

The top home sale of the month was for a newer construction townhome  at 1104 Cypress Avenue that sold at $2,700,000.
