Beachfront home goes into escrow
While there have been a wave of new (or relisted) beachfront homes hitting the market on The Strand, we’re happy to report on one that’s gone into escrow after several years on and off the market.
212 The Strand was built in 2018 and first sold in 2020 for $8,200,000. It came back on the market in 2022 for $10,500,000. It has bounced on and off the market ever since and was most recenly relisted for $9,275,000 in January 2025 and is now in escrow. Congrats to all involved.
