A recent notable home sale in Hermosa Beach was 2007 Ava which closed at an impressive $4,508,000.

2007 Ava was listed by Darren Pujalet of Estate Properties.

The home was brand new and built/designed by  Pacific Design Build.  The location just off of Ardmore offered both positives and negatives as it was impacted a bit bit by street noise but it also allowed for an elevated location with nobody to the west so nice treetop views and sense of space rarely found in Hermosa.
