There were 54 on MLS home sales in the valley section in 2021 with an average list price of $2,082,174
with an average sales price of $2,101,732 meaning this was one of the rare areas in which homes generally sold below the list price. The average price per square foot in the area was $1036 and homes averaged 23 days on the market.
The top sale of the year was imrpressive ocean view estate located at 2805 Tenyson that closed at $15,800,000.
