There were two beachfront homes that sold last month although both were not on The Strand. 36 15th St was technically park front, but as there was nothing but park, Strand, sand and ocean….we’ll call this one beachfront just the same.
The home had been on the market for quite a while with a few different realtors. Originally priced at $7,900,000 and eventually lowered to $5,959,992, the home was pulled off of the market and reintroduced at 5,800,000 about a month later with new listing agents.

The 3-level attached townhome was built in 1992 but had been updated over the years. It was in nice condition with updates and upgrades throughout, but the real highlight was the roofdeck offering incredible beach, pier and ocean views, panoramic ocean view stainless steel jacuzzi, BBQ/kitchen area, and resort style lounge seating.
The location set back from the Strand offered a bit more privacy but similar views. The detriment is that the 1st and 2nd floors don’t have much of a view due to the trees in the park….. unlike most Strand homes that have incredible views from even the ground floor.
