By the numbers - Home Sales in Hermosa Beach

Hermosa Beach certainly didn’t see a slowdown in April unlike most of the South Bay.  There were 13 homes sold during the month which is very surprising given the slowdown elsewhere.  The median list price was $1,999,000 with the median list price of $1,765,000 which does indicate that the market is shifting a bit from a sellers market to a more balanced market. The average price per foot was $1160 and the average days on market was 71.
