In a sign that the real estate market apocalypse is now upon us, we were pretty
stunned at the sales price on this one. 519 25th was a fairly small detached townhome. It’s in a great location just a few blocks from the beach but as mentioned it wasn’t overly large, and was a pretty major fixer both inside and out. We’re not at all surprised that someone bought it…..location, location, location as you know…..but it sold for $615,000 over the list price. We see single family homes that are fixers or tear downs be all about location and lot size, but with a townhome the options are limited.
