Homes, townhomes and condos that sold in Hermosa Beach during April 2022
It was a very strong month for closed home sales in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach with 19 closed sales in April of 2022.
The average “list” price was $1,885,947 with the average sold price at $2,034,055 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY higher than the list price. Prices were down quite a bit from March but that’s not unusual in Hermosa with the relatively small number of homes each month.
The highest priced home sale of the month was a one story ranch home at 545 21st Street which sat on a coveted and rare 7,400+ foot lot. The home closed escrow at $3,560,000.
