It’s no surprise that the homes closest to the beach in the Hermosa Beach sand section almost always average the highest prices.  As Hermosa Beach sometimes has very few home sales in a month, the numbers don’t always accurately reflect the reality of prices but in general it’s helpful to see the trend of just where the three sections median home prices are.
