The top home sale in Hermosa Beach in April was a stunner….it was a big home on a huge lot and sold for an unreal price.  Listed at a jaw dropping $15,995,000 the home sold almost immediatly and closed at $14,500,000.   That is a price range generally reserved for beachfront homes only and this home was actually on the downslope of the dune so it was in the valley with no views.
