It was a very slower month for closed home sales in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach with 14 closed sales in July of 2022 compared with 20 sold homes in June.

The average “list” price was $2,827,500 with the average sold price at $2,795,845 meaning that, in general, homes sold below the list price.

The average price per foot was $1291 and homes averaged 15 days on market before going into escrow.

The highest priced home sale of the month was former LA Dodger AJ Pollock’s home at 1947 Valley Park that was listed at $7.0M and closed at  closed at $6,300,000.
