It was a slightly slower month for closed home sales in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach with 15 closed sales in August of 2022 compared with 14 sold homes in June but down considerably from the 20 that sold in June.
The average “list” price was $2,275,267 with the average sold price at $2,290,141 meaning that, in general, homes sold above the list price.
The average price per foot was $1121 and homes averaged 34 days on market before going into escrow.
The highest priced home sale of the month was a brand new construction oceanview single family home located at 730 24th Place Place that sold for $5,400,000.
