There have been three notable beachfront home sales in Hermosa in the past month or so and 2014 The Strand is one of them.  Other notable sales were 2420 The Strand Hermosa Beach that sold off market for the same $9,250,000 and the double lot home at 3301 The Strand that had been owned by Marty McSorely formerly of the LA Kings, that sold for $17,625,000.

2014 was a  Cape Cod inspired 3 level home in the north Hermosa Beach sand section just a few blocks from Martha’s and Bottle Inn restaurants. Redondo Beach.

The top floor offered a private living room area, office, bedroom currently used as a yoga space and a spacious and private rooftop deck….all far from the prying eyes of those on the beach and on The Strand.
