More liberal zoning compared with neighboring Manhattan Beach, means that many older single family homes or duplexes have been torn down to make way for luxury townhomes. We’ve seen quite a few homes come on the MLS lately as the market has cooled a bit. Prices range considerably based on the location, views and size but there are ample opportunities for new construction in Hermosa Beach
