It was a very strong month for closed home sales in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach with 19 closed sales in May of 2022.  That happened to be the same number of homes that sold in April as well. One big difference however was that home sold prices were $1,000,000 higher in May than April!

The average “list” price was $2,896,684 with the average sold price at $3,034,211 meaning that, in general, homes sold WAY higher than the list price.

The highest priced home sale of the month was a beachfront home that closed at $8,500,000 at 732 The Strand.

It was a much busier month for closed home sales in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach with 20 closed sales this past month compared with only 8 in February. The average “list” price was $2,549,753 with the average sold price at $2,592,274 meaning that, in general, homes sold well higher than the list price which had not been the case the prior months.

The highest priced home sale of the month was a extensively remodeled corner lot ocean view single family home in the sand section at 108 35th Street that closed a t a fairly astounding $8,565,000.

It was a pretty slow month for closed home sales in the coastal community of Hermosa Beach with only 8 closed sales this past month. The average “list” price was $2,856,000 with the average sold price at $2,876,875 meaning that, in general, homes sold well higher than the list price which had not been the case the prior months.

The highest priced home sale of the month was a new contruction single family home in the sand section at 337 26th St that closed a bit over $6,100,000.
